Coach Roy is an experienced and highly skilled senior tennis coach with a passion for the sport. With a career spanning over 15 years, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in coaching players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

Known for their dedication and commitment to their players' development, Roy focuses on building a strong foundation of fundamental skills while also fine-tuning advanced techniques and strategies. They understand the importance of tailor-made training programs that suit each player's goals and abilities.

With a keen eye for detail, Coach Roy provides personalised and constructive feedback to help players improve their strokes, footwork, and overall on-court performance. Alongside technical coaching, he also emphasisesthe mental aspect of the game, helping players develop focus, resilience, and effective decision-making skills.

He creates a supportive and motivating environment for their players, fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere on and off the court. They believe in the power of teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic, instilling important values that extend beyond tennis.

In addition to his coaching, he enjoys orginising and running match play sessions, tournaments and community leagues.

Mini Tennis Group Lessons

Mini Tennis provides the perfect introduction to the sport for children aged between 5 and 10. The Mini Tennis programme allows the sport to be accessible to young children. The smaller courts and equipment, combined with lower bouncing balls help to produce a platform for young people to get to grips with the game and develop a love for the sport. Participating in Mini Tennis will be beneficial for your children on many levels. Their confidence will grow as they progress through the stages. They will get all the benefits of regular physical activity too, their work on the court will help them to keep fit, healthy and happy. ‍

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym.
