By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between PLA Sports Services and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes 

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court UAE and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails 

Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. 

We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant PLA Sports Services non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media. 

License and Site Access 

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. 

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PLA Sports Services will not lease, sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties, unless we have your permission. We might do so if the law forces us. Your personal information will be used when we need to send you promotional materials if you agree to this privacy policy.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for lessons must be made in full in advance before the start of the course / lesson.

The payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation

24 hours’ notice is required for private or semi-private lesson cancellation otherwise full amount will be charged. Only one cancellation is allowed per month.

All group lessons must be completed before term ends.

‍

Tennis court & booking rules

  • Members/non-members may book the tennis court.
  • Members/non-members can book a maximum of 1 hour per day depending on court availability.
  • Members are allowed to book the court three times per week.
  • Members must be present while using the booked court.
  • Players must use proper equipment.
  • Courts are reserved exclusively for tennis.
  • The clubs accepts walk-ins, depending on court availability.
  • Tennis racquets and balls are available for hire.

 

Cancellation and no show policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
  • Any booking cancelled within 24 hours will receive no refund.
  • On-the-day bookings will also receive no refund if cancelled.

Refund policy

Any refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 30 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

At Archibald Sports Academy, we are committed to providing a fun and engaging environment for our participants. Please note that during training sessions, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, including use on our social media platforms and website.

By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of your image and likeness. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any footage used respects the privacy and rights of individuals. If you do not wish for your child’s image or likeness to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the session.

To ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding privacy and personal data, we will adhere strictly to relevant regulations concerning the sharing and distribution of footage. If there are any specific concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
